The Director of Compensation and Benefits will design, implement, and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards. This position will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent in a highly competitive market.

Description
- Develop and lead comprehensive compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive programs, and equity plans, tailored to the manufacturing industry.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, conduct benchmarking, and analyze data to ensure competitiveness in pay and benefits offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and other applicable laws.
- Partner with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align rewards programs with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to identify improvement opportunities and ensure accuracy.
- Lead annual compensation reviews, including merit increases, bonuses, and performance-based adjustments.
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits topics.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize service delivery and program effectiveness.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategies, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
