Currently hiring for a Construction Superintendent for one of Boston's leading General Contractors, specializing in Interiors in Corporate, Lab/Life Sciences, and Retail/Restaurant markets.

Description
As the Superintendent you will:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee project execution in Healthcare projects including renovations and occupied facilities.
- Ensure adherence to all quality control and safety standards, while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate logistics and address issues promptly.
- Monitor and enforce site safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Effectively manage field personnel, subcontractors, and materials.
Profile
The successful Superintendent will have:
- 10 - 15 years experience in the Superintendent position
- Experience with Downtown Boston Interiors construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Self motivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a team
- Ability to strategize and manage the client's exposure to Boston markets
- Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under tight time lines to hit project deadlines
- Experience with Excel, Planswift, Procore, On Screen, and/or Bluebeam
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
