Our client is a FL- based and nationally recognized general contractor seeking a Project Manager with commercial experience to join their growing team.

Our client, a leading construction firm based in South Florida, is known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Project Manager to support their Project Management team in delivering exceptional results.
Description
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to manage project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management, identifying any potential risks or delays.
- Support in reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist with procurement and logistics to ensure materials and resources are delivered on time.
- Help maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and site inspections.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a project support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software like Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
