Description
- Lead commercial projects ($1M-$5M), ensuring budget, schedule, and quality standards are met
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project timelines
- Oversee construction teams and ensure adherence to high-quality craftsmanship
- Work closely with ownership to grow the commercial division
- Directly involved in scheduling and client communication
Residential Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for:
- Oversee custom home builds ($500K-$5M), managing 2-3 high-end projects per year
- Lead pre-construction planning, budgeting, and subcontractor management
- Work closely with homeowners to ensure a seamless, high-quality building experience
- Manage residential renovations ($20K+), including kitchens, bathrooms, and additions
- Directly involved in estimating, scheduling, and client communication if applicable
Profile
- Proven experience in managing residential or commercial construction projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
- Estimating experience is ideal
