HR Full Cycle Recruiter
searching for a skilled and experienced recruiter/HR generalist proficient in large volume recruiting to identify candidates to fill a variety of open positions. The primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for interviews, conducting interviews, and managing communications with all applicants.

A reputable health insurance agency based in lower Manhattan. Supporting all health care needs, for long / short term support, disabilities, fraud and appeals.
Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in many qualified candidates.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards,
- Handles job posting/sourcing and advertisement processes.
- Handles communication with a wide variety of candidates.
- Conducts applicant tracking, score cards and other metrics for recruitment reporting.
- Screens applications and select qualified candidates.
- Conducts initial screening of candidates, schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions, scoring and other related matters to interviewing.
- Creates updates on status of recruitment and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process.
- Help to facilitate employee orientation for new hires to guarantee successful onboarding.
- Handles general HR matters with regards to events, onboarding, offboarding, retention, and orientation.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Promote organizations' reputation as 'Best Place to Work'.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Profile
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in high volume recruitment and scaling for growth.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, etc.)
- Experience in sourcing to reach diverse candidate populations.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- At least five years' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze and report recruiting metrics.
- Comfort in high volume recruitment.
- Knowledge of Namely and JazzHR are a plus.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Prior experience recruiting in the medical field preferred.
- Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
