Technical Business Analyst
We seek a Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of ITIL foundations and SAP BusinessObjects. This role requires 3-days onsite in NYC, applicants should be local to NYC.
Client Details
A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Description
Develop and manage detailed project and system plans, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all stakeholder teams.
Gather, evaluate, and document user and system requirements continuously to support usability and process improvements.
Conduct quality assurance and systems analytics throughout development to optimize performance and resolve issues.
Create and maintain internal/external documentation, status reports, and recommendations for managers and executives.
Profile
Knowledge of ITIL Foundations and experience working with Business Objects.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in analytics and systems development.
High proficiency in SQL and database management.
Skilled in generating process documentation, reporting, and translating data into actionable insights through clear communication.
