$115,000 - $145,000/Year
The Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day field operations of Class A interior construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of high-end finishes, tight schedules, and occupied or fast-track environments.

Client Details

A reputable, DFW-based commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent with strong Class A interior build-out experience. The firm maintains long-term relationships with developers, brokers, and corporate clients and consistently delivers high-quality interior projects across the metroplex.

Description

      • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for Class A interior projects
      • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
      • Maintain project schedules and drive milestones to completion
      • Ensure quality control across all trades, finishes, and installations
      • Enforce safety standards and conduct regular jobsite safety meetings
      • Coordinate with Project Managers on rfis, submittals, and field conditions
      • Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and site documentation
      • Communicate effectively with ownership, design teams, and building management

Profile

    • Required Experience

      • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
      • Proven Class A interior / TI experience is required
      • Experience with corporate office build-outs, high-end finishes, and fast-paced schedules
      • Strong knowledge of sequencing, MEP coordination, and finish detailing
      • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and aggressive timelines

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience working in occupied buildings
      • Procore or similar construction management software
      • OSHA certification (preferred)
      • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
