Client Details
A reputable, DFW-based commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent with strong Class A interior build-out experience. The firm maintains long-term relationships with developers, brokers, and corporate clients and consistently delivers high-quality interior projects across the metroplex.SEND PROJECT LIST AND RESUME FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION!
Description
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for Class A interior projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestones to completion
- Ensure quality control across all trades, finishes, and installations
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular jobsite safety meetings
- Coordinate with Project Managers on rfis, submittals, and field conditions
- Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and site documentation
- Communicate effectively with ownership, design teams, and building management
Profile

Required Experience
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven Class A interior / TI experience is required
- Experience with corporate office build-outs, high-end finishes, and fast-paced schedules
- Strong knowledge of sequencing, MEP coordination, and finish detailing
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and aggressive timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in occupied buildings
- Procore or similar construction management software
- OSHA certification (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
