Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Paralegal include:
- Assist General Counsel and attorneys with daily legal operations, including managing compliance projects.
- Draft, review, and organize a variety of legal documents and contracts to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research to support regulatory requirements and business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline legal processes and facilitate alignment on compliance matters.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for senior stakeholders and compliance audits.
- Maintain organized records and manage secure storage of legal files and documents.
- Support ongoing project management efforts by tracking key deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Job Offer
The offer for the Successful Candidate includes:- Competitive Base Salary: $100,000 annually.
- Retention Bonus: $35,000 bonus after two years of employment.
- Hybrid Work Schedule: Flexibility to work 3-4 days on-site per week at the New York City office.
