Description
- Oversee all on-site activities for luxury retail construction projects, ensuring quality and precision.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and high-end retail clients to bring their vision to life.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Enforce top-tier quality control, safety, and compliance with all city regulations.
- Problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-design environment with tight deadlines
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury retail or high-end commercial interiors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including designers and brand representatives.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality finishes on time and on budget
