The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and ensure the highest quality standards in all aspects of production and manufacturing within the FMCG industry. Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to meet industry and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed quality reports for management.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Oversee compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

A successful Confidential Quality Manager should have:
