Quality Control Manager

Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures within the FMCG industry.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Lead quality control processes and manage quality audits effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Analyze quality data and recommend corrective actions to address any issues.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and practices.
• Manage and maintain documentation related to quality management systems.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product quality.

Profile

A successful Quality Control Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems within the FMCG industry.
• Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A background in engineering or manufacturing is preferred.
