TECHNICAL CLIENT ADVISORY SERVICES
The Technical Client Advisory Services will provide service to the clients customers with both business and technical support. This person will be the main point of contact for these inquiries.

A leading FinTech firm located in Midtown NYC who has a strong global presence.
Description
The Technical Client Advisor will be an Application/Product Support candidate who exemplifies curiosity, eagerness, and the willingness to learn. This will be a dynamic role communicating with internal and external personnel. The major need of this person is the technical skills of FX, UNIX, and XML.
Profile
This person must have:
1. A degree in Computer, Engineering, or Finance
2. Prior work experience in client services, trading or FX.
3. The ability to communicate to C-Level executives, external stakeholders, and a technical and non-technical audience.
4. Application or Production Support background
