Traveling Superintendent
An experienced Traveling Superintendent to join a well-established General Contractor with a strong track record delivering high-quality commercial projects across multiple states. You will oversee ground-up and renovation builds up to $15M in value, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Maintain detailed daily reports, schedules, and progress updates
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and inspectors
- Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality expectations
Profile
- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects up to $15M
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams across multiple states
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety requirements, and construction best practices
- Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations for project durations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
- $105K - $115K base salary
- Truck allowance + Gas card
- Project completion bonuses
- Up to $1,500 biweekly per diem (state dependent)
- Biweekly paid travel home
