Traveling Superintendent - Light Industrial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground‑up light industrial and office construction projects across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who can independently manage jobsite operations, drive schedules, and deliver high‑quality builds in fast‑paced environments.

They are known for repeat clients, streamlined processes, and providing their field teams with the resources and autonomy needed to successfully execute projects from start to finish.
Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams across multiple markets.
- Manage jobsite logistics, sequencing, material deliveries, and daily work plans.
- Enforce safety standards, conduct jobsite meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify constructability and accuracy.
- Track schedule progress, identify field issues early, and implement solutions to avoid delays.
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers to provide updates and align on project goals.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up light industrial and/or office construction projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel for extended durations based on project needs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and coordinate subcontractor teams.
- A solid understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and schedule management.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- A consistent safety‑first approach on all jobsites.
