• Lead production and facility operations across multiple locations, ensuring output aligns with business goals.
• Guarantee compliance with internal quality benchmarks and regulatory obligations.
• Build and mentor a performance-driven leadership team and frontline staff.
• Manage budgets, track cost metrics, and implement strategies to improve operational margins.
• Identify gaps in productivity and spearhead lean process enhancements.
• Maintain a compliant and safe work environment per industry and legal standards.
• Serve as the liaison between operations and other business units to ensure organizational alignment.
• Supervise purchasing, materials planning, warehouse functions, and distribution effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide regular updates on site performance, financial metrics, and operational KPIs.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and diverse teams is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and business software.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Familiarity with cross-departmental functions including HR, finance, and supply chain.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of implementing scalable growth initiatives.
