Multifamily Construction Superintendent

The Multifamily Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all phases of projects from construction to completion, while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors, labor, and vendors.

Description

• Oversee all phases of construction from inception to completion.
• Supervise subcontractors, labor, and vendors for quality control.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
• Implement and enforce company policies and standards.
• Manage and mitigate project risks.
• Resolve any problems that may arise during construction.

Profile

A successful Multifamily Construction Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
