HRIS Analyst - NYC 4 days a week in office - $100k-$120k
A prestigious firm is seeking a Workday-savvy HRIS Analyst to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about systems, data, and improving employee experience through HR technology. This person will serve as a key Workday resource - particularly across the Benefits and Payroll modules - while gaining exposure across the broader platform.
This position is located in NYC (downtown) 4 days a week in office, 1 day work from home.
$100,000-$120,0000 + bonus and excellent benefits.

Description
Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Benefits and Payroll modules, supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions
Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across HRIS records
Stay up to date with Workday releases and lead testing and deployment of new functionality
Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance
Participate in cross-functional projects related to HR systems and process optimization
Provide user support and training as needed
Profile
2-5 years of HRIS experience, with strong Workday expertise
Must have hands-on experience in both Benefits and Payroll modules
Familiarity with other Workday modules (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, etc.) a plus
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
