Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of the HR team, managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units-including finance, operations, and corporate functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is passionate about identifying and engaging top-tier talent.

Our client is looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract exceptional talent across the firm.
Description
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, from sourcing through offer
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate a strong candidate experience throughout
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Support employer branding efforts, campus recruiting, and diversity hiring initiatives
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to hiring managers and leadership
Profile
2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or a professional services environment
Strong sourcing skills and comfort recruiting for a variety of roles and levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
