The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of the HR team, managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units-including finance, operations, and corporate functions. Our client is looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract exceptional talent across the firm.

Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, from sourcing through offer

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking

• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate a strong candidate experience throughout

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

• Support employer branding efforts, campus recruiting, and diversity hiring initiatives

• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to hiring managers and leadership

Profile

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or a professional services environment

• Strong sourcing skills and comfort recruiting for a variety of roles and levels

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
