Description

• Lead cross-functional teams in Planning, Purchasing, Stockroom, and Operations, managing 3-10 supervisors and up to 60 employees.
• Drive product line performance through the 3 value drivers (PPP), ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate on product strategy and support R&D initiatives for new and emerging products.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans, including staffing, materials, tooling, and equipment.
• Establish and maintain production and quality control standards, budgets, and cost controls.
• Ensure timely delivery, cost targets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to optimize resource utilization.
• Analyze production reports and resolve operational challenges to minimize delays and costs.
• Maintain accurate production data and generate reports to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain a robust succession plan for all direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements, including ITAR/EAR standards.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations management.
• Prior leadership experience within a precision machining setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software, payroll systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry regulations is a plus.

Job Offer

• Base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 USD annually.
