Traveling Superintendent Big Box Retail Projects
The Traveling Superintendent for Big Box Retail Projects will oversee the execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to specifications. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on project management expertise in the big box/retail construction industry.

Description
The Traveling Superintendent for Big Box Retail Projects will:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities for big box retail projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Inspect work progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
- Communicate effectively with the project management team to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections and manage compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in the delivery of completed projects that meet client expectations and company standards.

Profile
