Description

The Traveling Superintendent for Big Box Retail Projects will:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for big box retail projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Inspect work progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Communicate effectively with the project management team to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and manage compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in the delivery of completed projects that meet client expectations and company standards.
