Description
- Manage and oversee the electronic billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal department to streamline billing workflows and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update eBilling systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on eBilling tools and best practices.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and system-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to billing and invoicing.
- Generate and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key billing metrics and insights.
Profile
