Description
The Project Manager - Top ENR GC - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Leading commercial projects from inception through completion.
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure alignment.
- Processing, reviewing, and tracking submittals in a timely manner.
- Preparing comprehensive scope of work letters for subcontractors.
- Initiating change orders for the owner and soliciting competitive bids from subcontractors.
- Maintaining detailed logs for procurement, submittals, and RFIs to ensure effective project tracking.
- Managing deadlines to ensure that all timelines are adhered to.
- Coordinating with essential project team members to facilitate communication and efficiency.
- Ensuring positive client feedback and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
Profile
The Project Manager - Top ENR GC - Charlotte should have the following experience:

Job Offer
