Description
Overseeing daily operations on the construction site to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Managing and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams.
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
Monitoring and controlling project costs and budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
Communicating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and provide progress updates.
Reviewing and interpreting construction plans and blueprints to ensure correct implementation.
Managing procurement of materials and ensuring timely delivery to the site.
Handling project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and compliance records.
Ensuring proper training and supervision of workers, maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
