Project Manager
This role offers an exceptional growth path for a Project Manager who wants to build a long-term career with a contractor that prioritizes developing its people. Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Executives with day-to-day project execution
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and document control
- Support scheduling and procurement activities
- Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
- Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams
Profile
The Project Manager will have:
- 2-6 years of experience in construction project managemen or
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - Experience on commercial, retail, healthcare, or interior projects
- Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project (or similar)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow

- Base salary: $100,000-$140,000 +
