The Commercial Interiors Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of office build‑outs, tenant improvements, workplace renovations, and corporate interiors projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and organizational workplace strategy. Description

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end management of commercial office interiors, including tenant improvements, workplace renovations, conference room upgrades, amenity spaces, and full‑floor corporate build‑outs.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, phasing plans, and construction sequencing.
  • Oversee budget creation, cost control, forecasting, value engineering, and invoice validation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, designers, AV/IT teams, security integrators, and furniture vendors.
  • Facilitate weekly OAC meetings and maintain transparent communication on scope, risks, and change management.
  • Partner with internal business units, workplace strategy teams, and end users to ensure alignment with functional requirements.

Technical & Construction Oversight

  • Conduct site walks, punch lists, quality inspections, and compliance reviews throughout construction.
  • Manage RFI/CO processes, drawing updates, submittals, procurement timelines, and installation sequencing.
  • Coordinate delivery and implementation of FF&E, signage, AV systems, technology infrastructure, and security components.

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, scopes of work, bid packages, progress reports, and closeout deliverables.
  • Present updates to executives on project health, budget status, risks, and next steps.
