Description

As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily field operations and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, inspections, and reports
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
• Lead site meetings and ensure alignment across all trades
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
• Mentor junior field staff and promote a positive, productive job site culture

Profile

Ideal Superintendent candidates will bring:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and trade coordination
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
