- Manage and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures to meet client expectations and company standards
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project coordination
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to project timelines
- Monitor on-site activities through regular visits, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and construction plans
- Provide leadership and guidance to project engineers, superintendents, and other team members
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders
- Address and resolve project-related challenges, including design conflicts, delays, or unforeseen site conditions
- Support the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques and processes
- Foster a positive team environment and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business opportunities
Profile
- Has 5-15 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Possesses a strong technical aptitude and a thorough understanding of construction processes and project management principles
- Experienced in managing ground-up construction projects valued between $5M and $30M
- Holds a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, has 15+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and project stakeholders
- Adapts well to a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment, with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with diverse project types, including commercial, healthcare, multi-family, and light-industrial, is a plus
- Motivated to grow within the company, contributing to a positive culture while achieving professional and financial goals
