Description
The Assistant Superintendent - Water/Waste Water Projects - Haverhill MA is responsible for:
Assist the Superintendent with daily site oversight and coordination
Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality work
Uphold site safety standards and manage compliance requirements
Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation
Read and interpret project drawings and specifications
Identify and communicate field issues proactively
Support scheduling, materials tracking, and project documentation
Profile
The Assistant Superintendent will have:
3-5 years of field experience in heavy civil, utility, or water/wastewater construction
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and lead in the field
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
A team-first mindset and desire for long-term career development
