Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Water/Waste Water Projects - Haverhill MA is responsible for:

• Assist the Superintendent with daily site oversight and coordination

• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality work

• Uphold site safety standards and manage compliance requirements

• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation

• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications

• Identify and communicate field issues proactively

• Support scheduling, materials tracking, and project documentation

Profile

The Assistant Superintendent will have:

• 3-5 years of field experience in heavy civil, utility, or water/wastewater construction

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to take initiative and lead in the field

• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)

• A team-first mindset and desire for long-term career development
