Territory Sales Manager - Utah - Packaging
Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager with a hunter's mentality to aggressively grow their client base. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on business development, consultative selling, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Description
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with manufacturers, brand owners, and co-packers who require custom printed folding cartons
Conduct cold outreach, in-person meetings, and product presentations to drive pipeline growth
Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, production) to develop packaging solutions tailored to customer needs
Understand and promote the value of high-quality printing, structural design, and customer service
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with profitability goals
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer site visits
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Profile
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing, or a related manufacturing field
Demonstrated success in new business development and territory growth
Experience with folding cartons, custom printed packaging, or converting is highly preferred
Strong understanding of packaging production processes and material options
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel within the territory as needed
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by achievement
Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
