Associate, HR Risk and Operational Excellence
This role supports the HR team by managing the Client Inquiry queue, including RFPs and DDQs, to allow internal teams to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with experience in coordinating external information requests, handling sensitive data, and working with tools like Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Description
Manage the Client Inquiry queue, including responding to RFPs, DDQs, and other external information requests related to HR.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate data and ensure timely, high-quality responses.
Support policy documentation and vendor governance processes as needed.
Interpret and compile HR metrics, reports, and analytics in collaboration with relevant teams.
Maintain and organize templates, manage submission deadlines, and ensure consistency in deliverables.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to compliance standards.
Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other relevant platforms to support workflow and documentation
Profile
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience managing external information requests such as RFPs and DDQs, particularly in an HR or compliance context.
- They possess strong writing and communication skills, are comfortable working with data and HR metrics, and can effectively coordinate across teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like SharePoint is essential, and familiarity with RFP platforms or HR systems is a strong plus.
