Assistant Superintendent
This Assistant Superintendent supports ground-up industrial projects in the Tampa market. The role offers hands-on site leadership with mentorship and increasing autonomy based on experience.

Our client is a financially stable general contractor with 30+ years in operation and a reputation for long-term employee retention. The firm delivers ground-up industrial projects and prioritizes keeping teams local and home daily.
Description
* Support daily site operations on tilt-wall industrial projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
* Monitor schedule, quality, and safety compliance on site
* Assist with RFIs, field reporting, and issue resolution
* Work closely with the General Superintendent on execution
Profile
* 2-6 years of commercial construction experience
* Tilt-wall or industrial project exposure preferred
* Degree preferred but not required
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- * Based in or willing to work locally in Tampa
Job Offer
Salary range: $75,000-$110,000, fully negotiable based on experience.
