Construction Project Manager
Experience with NY Wicks Law managing multiple prime contractors on public projects from initiation to completion. Must be polished, professional, and client-facing.
Client Details
A long-established Construction Management firm with over 100 years of experience, specializing in public schools, municipalities, and fire districts.
Description
- Manage individual projects from initiation to completion in compliance with Wicks Law.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple prime contractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Ensure all construction activities meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges and provide solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing projects from initiation to completion in compliance with Wicks Law.
- Experience with administrative documentation that is associated with being a construction manager for Wicks Law projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple prime contractors and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and contracts.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
