Located in Sharon, Mass - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home. $120k-$140k + bonus and great benefits.

Description
The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy across our manufacturing sites and corporate functions. This role will be pivotal in fostering a strong, inclusive culture, ensuring clear and consistent messaging, and helping employees understand how their work contributes to broader business goals.
Develop and implement internal communications strategies to support business initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and reinforce company culture across all levels of the organization.
Own communications at the plant level, ensuring messaging is accessible, timely, and relevant to frontline employees (including shift workers, non-desk employees, etc.).
Partner with site leaders and plant managers to communicate operational updates, safety protocols, and key business changes.
Support executive communications, including crafting speeches, all-hands decks, leadership announcements, and strategic messaging.
Manage and continuously improve internal channels (email newsletters, intranet, digital signage, employee app, etc.).
Lead crisis and change communications during key organizational initiatives (reorgs, M&A activity, process changes, etc.).
Measure communication effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and analytics to make data-driven improvements.
Support the roll-out of HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and DE&I efforts through compelling storytelling and clear messaging.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred.5-8+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with direct experience supporting manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of how to engage hourly and plant-based employees across multiple shifts and locations.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills-able to adapt tone and content for various audiences.
Experience building communication strategies that align with business goals and cultural values.
