Senior Project Manager - Multifamily & Public
A growing, well‑established general contractor in Greater Boston is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to support a rapidly expanding pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who can independently lead projects, drive client relationships, and deliver high‑quality results in a collaborative environment
Client Details
Our client is a mid‑sized commercial and residential GC with approximately 25 employees and more than $100M+ in revenue booked over the next 18 months. They complete work across Greater Boston, including Somerville, Brighton, Braintree, Quincy, Seaport, Back Bay, and Everett, delivering multifamily developments, schools, restaurants, retail, education centers, tenant fit‑outs, and ground‑up construction.
Founded in 2012 and now under second‑generation leadership, the firm combines residential and commercial expertise with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and modern construction innovation. Their pipeline is robust through 2025, with a healthy mix of renovations and ground‑up work. Description
- Lead projects ranging from $20M-$40M, primarily multifamily and school builds.
- Manage client relationships, project meetings, and serve as the on‑site and office‑based point of contact.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, scheduling, financials, and project controls.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive jobsite performance, quality, and safety in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain proactive communication and problem‑solving throughout the life cycle of each project.
- Utilize platforms such as Bluebeam and Procore for project execution.
