Description
The Director of Construction will be responsible for:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of Superintendents, Project Managers, and Trades people, focused on fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Business Growth: Drive business development efforts, build a project backlog, and deepen existing client relationships. Focus on long-term growth and sustainability within the division.
- Autonomy & Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the $20M+ business, ensuring adherence to the company's guidelines while having the freedom to make key decisions.
- Project Execution: Manage multiple projects across multiple sectors (details of specific projects to be disclosed later).
