Description
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverable for 149A projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee their execution.
- Lead a diverse project team, providing guidance, mentor ship, and a clear vision for project success.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including procurement, quality control, safety, and risk management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates and address any project-related issues.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Manage project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and change order management.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in 149A construction projects, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Expert knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, particularly in the context of 149A construction.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
