• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies, including Industry 4.0 technologies and robotics integration.
• Oversee CNC machining operations and ensure alignment with lean manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product design for manufacturability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in aerospace manufacturing.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet production goals.
