Firm Information Services Administrator
The Firm Information Services Administrator acts as the first point of contact for all clients visiting the firm, and oversees the Law Library operations. This is a great opportunity for an entry level or junior candidate that is detail oriented, has great communication, and an interest in joining a law firm environment.
Client Details
This law firm is multi-state organization with attorneys focused in all areas of law. They are most well known for their work in Trust and Estates.
Description
- Greet and register guests visiting the Stamford offices
- Direct answered calls into the Stamford office to the appropriate party
- Internal telephone directory updates and additions as needed
- Maintain firmwide court docket information for monthly reporting
- Initiate background searches on potential new clients; working in conjunctions with the functions team
- Maintain publication subscriptions, electronic and hard copy for the Law Library
- Receive and log incoming publications and articles for distribution to appropriate practice group and other office location Law Libraries
- Research location of specific reading materials per Attorney requests
Profile
- High school diploma required, Liberal Arts degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and iManage
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
Job Offer
- $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Dependent upon experience
- Competitive benefits package
- This non-exempt role and eligible for overtime
- Paid Time Off (PTO) of twenty-five (25) days per calendar year
- Thirty-seven and one half (37.5) hour work week
