Description
- Oversee project execution from inception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Lead meetings, provide regular updates, and troubleshoot issues.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proficiency with Procore and familiarity with design-build methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in construction estimating and scheduling processes.
