Description

• Oversee project execution from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead meetings, provide regular updates, and troubleshoot issues.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proficiency with Procore and familiarity with design-build methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Expertise in construction estimating and scheduling processes.
