EHS Manager - Milwaukee, WI | Durable Goods

This is an EHS Manager position with one of our clients, a manufacturer serving home, office, education, and food & beverage sectors. They're seeking an experienced professional to lead and drive ongoing improvements in all environmental, health, and safety programs in compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.

Description

• Lead safety training for all employees on the production floor
• Initiate and develop reporting for all EHS related activity
• Manage job hazard assessments
• Engage in safety audits both internally and externally
• Investigate any safety or hazard incidents on the production floor
• Regular walks out on the production floor to inspect and asses any risks
• Travel once a month to HQ in Chicago Suburbs as well as NW Indiana Assembly plant - travel reimbursed

Profile

• 3-5 years of EHS experience
• Microsoft office suite
• Experience or strong working knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Willingness to occasionally travel to two other sites
• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
• ASQ certification a plus
• OSHA certification a plus
• Strong communication/presentation/training skills
• Relationship/rapport building skills

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
