We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high‑visibility commercial interior projects across Manhattan from concept through completion. If you excel at driving schedules, managing client relationships, and delivering polished, design‑driven spaces, this role offers both leadership and long‑term growth.

Our client is a respected commercial interiors general contractor known for delivering modern office buildouts, amenity spaces, and corporate interiors throughout NYC. They offer a collaborative environment, strong project pipeline, and a reputation for quality craftsmanship and integrity.

Description

    • Oversee multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
    • Lead client communication, manage design coordination, and drive all project meetings.
    • Review drawings, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgets, and schedules.
    • Partner closely with Superintendents to maintain top-tier quality, safety, and jobsite workflow.
    • Mentor project teams and contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial interiors and office fit-out projects in NYC.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
    • Deep understanding of interior sequencing, high-end finishes, MEP coordination, and fast‑paced construction environments.
    • Detail‑driven, proactive, and confident in handling complex projects and demanding clients.
