Superintendent- Restaurant Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee restaurant construction projects across South Florida. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, subcontractors, and schedules while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations on restaurant construction projects.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on schedule.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant job site.

• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor work for accuracy and quality.

• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

• Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of superintendent experience with a focus on restaurant or hospitality construction projects. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple jobs across South Florida. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors and clients are essential. Flexibility to commute between Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and Dade County is required.
