Assistant Project Manager- Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale, focusing on commercial construction projects. This role supports project execution from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Description
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising commercial construction projects.
Track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project workflow.
Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Support project closeout and handover, ensuring client satisfaction and proper documentation.
Profile
3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management or as an assistant PM.
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Offer
Competitive salary in the $80,000-$95,000 range, depending on experience.
