Project Manager- Multifamily Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of ground-up mixed-use apartment projects in the Miami area. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Oversee all aspects of ground-up mixed-use apartment construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timely delivery.
Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and engineers, maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.
Manage procurement, change orders, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support staff, fostering professional growth within the team.
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects, ideally valued between $10M-$50M.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
Strong understanding of building systems, sequencing, and local permitting processes in South Florida.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and related construction management software.
Job Offer
Base salary of $110,000-$140,000 depending on experience.
