The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading the procurement department, ensuring the effective management of procurement processes, and driving strategic decision-making for the company.

Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Identify potential liabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement department and across the organizations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are a plus
• Proven experience managing a team
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities
