Description

• Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers, clients, and inspectors.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the Southeast.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools.
• OSHA certification preferred.
