Project Manager - Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Facility project, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Oversee a small team of APMs, mentoring and providing leadership
• Adapt to changing project requirements and proactively address challenges
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Utilize project management software (Procore and Bluebeam) to track project progress and manage

Profile

Project Manager - Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Will have

• 3-8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry (ideally in commercial and multifamily sectors)
• Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience mentoring and managing a small team
• Proficiency with project management software, particularly Procore and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Offer

Project Manager - Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Will receive

• Base Salary: Up to $150,000 per year
• 401k: 4% match after 3 months of employment
