Project Manager - Multifamily - Weymouth, MA
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join a team for an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a rising star with strong project management skills and the ability to oversee a small team of Assistant Project Managers (APMs). Project Manager - Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Facility project, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Oversee a small team of APMs, mentoring and providing leadership
- Adapt to changing project requirements and proactively address challenges
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Utilize project management software (Procore and Bluebeam) to track project progress and manage
Profile

Job Offer
Project Manager - Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Will receive
- Base Salary: Up to $150,000 per year
- 401k: 4% match after 3 months of employment
- Healthcare & Dental: Comprehensive plans that start immediately
- PTO: 2 weeks of vacation + 1 week of sick leave (negotiable)
- Vehicle Allowance: Negotiable, plus Amex Card for gas and other work-related expenses (typically $500/month)
