Superintendent - Commercial

Superintendent role with an ENR ranked General Contractor working on large commercial projects. This General Contractor has a strong national presence but is in the process of building out their Arizona team.

Description

• Manage the construction schedule, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
• Ensure the work meets the company's standards and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all workers.
• Oversee the daily activities on the job site, addressing any issues that arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Address and resolve any construction-related issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and any changes to the project scope.

Profile

• 3+ year's experience in large scale construction
• Must have expereince working on large commercial projects
• Well established tenure working for notable general contractors
• Complete understanding of the construction process
• Strong mentor and trainer
• Team player and builder
• Drives work and owns the schedule
• Experience working on projects ranging from $20M - $30M
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
